Careers Fair

Students in Years 8 to 13 and their parents are invited to attend the Careers Convention held at Brentwood County High school on Thursday, 5th October 2017 from 6.30 to 8.30 pm..

Brentwood County High School students from years 8 to 13 and their parents and carers are invited to attend this event.  We expect it will benefit a good number of students by giving them the opportunity to receive factual information on the different careers they might consider and details of qualifications they will need for that career.  The Careers Convention has a reputation for being one of the best delivered and attended exhibitions in the area.

The Careers Convention will have a wide of variety of job sectors represented each with experts to discuss careers opportunities in their particular field. Headteacher, Mr. Stephen Drew, said

“Preparing for the world of work has never been more important for our young people. At BCHS we provide a wide range of opportunities for our students to think carefully about their future careers and gather as much information as they need in order to be well placed to pursue their dreams. Our annual careers convention is a key part of this and we look forward to welcoming a wide range of employers and education institutions to interest and excite our students, along with their parents and carers.”
